Helston is 15 minutes drive away and Truro about 50 minutes.

There are local shops in the villages of Helford, Manaccan and Mawgan and a farm shop at Gear, they are well supplied and we like to support them. Retallack Butcher in St Keverne (01326 280252) will deliver meat on Friday. A van with fresh fish also comes on a Friday

Otherwise you will find most things in Helston including a large Tesco and Sainsburys and Truro has several large supermarkets, Marks and Spencers, some excellent shops and galleries.
